Want to finish your degree online? Complete your associate degree at CCBC and transfer credits seamlessly to earn your bachelor’s degree at SNHU, thanks to the Degrees to Succeed program.

Degrees to Succeed

  • Dual admission to CCBC and SNHU. 
  • Co-advising by SNHU to ensure your CCBC courses align with your chosen program. 
  • Acceptance of up to 90 college credits hours.
  • Junior standing upon transfer.
  • Access to online institutional, academic and student support services at SNHU.
  • Acceptance of all transfer credits for the following Associate of Arts (A.A.) and Associate of Science (A.S.) degree programs:
    • Accounting, anthropology, business administration, communication and media studies, English (all areas of concentrations), general studies, history, math, nursing, psychology, sociology and visual art and design.
    • A.A. or A.S. degree programs not listed above will transfer to B.A. in general studies.
  • Students who transfer with a conferred associate degree are entitled to a 10% tuition reduction.
  • Earned no more than 45 college credits (this includes college credit completed outside of CCBC).
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater for credits completed at CCBC.
  1. Discuss this program with your academic advisor to verify your eligibility to participate.
  2. Submit the acknowledgement form, which outlines the student checklist, program requirements, and permission to share your academic information with SNHU.
  3. CCBC will submit the completed acknowledgement form to SNHU.
  4. SNHU will contact you regarding the next steps to enroll in the program.
