Payment Options

CCBC offers several tuition payment options to make it easy for you to pay in the way that works best for you.

 For credit classes, you can pay your tuition when you register or by the payment deadline, which differs by term.

Payment Methods

Online

Once you're enrolled, you can pay your tuition online via credit card or electronic transfer from a bank account through myCCBC, our student portal. You can also enroll in a payment plan online.

By Mail

Please mail tuition payments to: Bursar's Office, 800 South Rolling Road, Baltimore, MD 21228-5381

In Person

Pay your tuition in person at the Bursar's Office on any CCBC Campus.

Payment plans and payment due dates

CCBC offers convenient payment plans that can help you stretch out your payments over the term. To avoid late fees, be sure to set up your plan by the term payment due date.


Spring 2026

Payment deadline for Spring classes:

  • Registration on or before January 14: payment is due by January 15.
  • Registration on or after January 15: payment is due immediately.

Summer 2026

Payment deadline for Summer classes:

  • Registration on or before April 29: payment is due by April 30.
  • Registration on or after April 30: payment is due immediately.

Fall 2026

Payment deadline for Fall classes:

  • Registration on or before August 5: payment is due by August 6.
  • Registration on or after August 6: payment is due immediately.

Set up your plan

Credit Refunds

Refunds are available for students who drop courses or withdraw within specific refund periods. Refunds can be deposited directly into your bank account via our e-refund option.
