Walking Around Baltimore: Explore the Northern Central Railroad Trail is a walking, exercise and learning course for a healthier lifestyle, physically and mentally. Learn how to prepare to walk on the NCR trail safely, and then spend five (5) Saturday mornings enjoying healthy walks and fun conversation from different locations along the trail. Get to know the parking and facilities at various points on the trail and learn about the history and impact this railroad had on various Maryland communities as you step into health and history. It is a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking! A total of about 3 mile walk per Saturday and the First Saturday meeting will be at Wegman's in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre where we will get an orientation and receive all materials from the instructor.
