Supervisory Appraiser/Trainee Appraiser (REA 027)

Learn the requirements and responsibilities of both supervisory and trainee appraisers as specified by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) of The Appraisal Foundation. This course is mandatory for individuals applying for the trainee license as well as for all supervisory appraisers who mentor new trainee appraisers. May be used for continuing education credit.
